Team Building Event on July 9, 2022: “Together, Nothing Is Impossible”

To boost teamwork and strengthen connections between departments, ON Energy Green Energy Joint Stock Company organized an exciting team-building trip for all its employees on July 9, 2022, in the coastal city of Phan Thiết. The group activities and fun games got everyone energized and fully engaged.

Thanks to the careful planning by the Organizing Committee and the enthusiastic participation of the teams—named “Strength,” “Friendship,” “Humility,” and “Wisdom”—the event was a huge success, exceeding all expectations.

Playing and laughing together on the windy beaches of Phan Thiet brought everyone closer. You could see the determination to win on every face, but they never forgot they were one big family—any victory was well-deserved, no matter who won.

The beach buzzed with excitement that day, like a festival. Cheers and shouts of encouragement echoed everywhere. Both the players and the cheering crowd gave their all, reflecting ON Energy’s spirit of working hard and playing harder.

The games, specially designed by the organizers, encouraged teamwork and support within each group while keeping the focus on fun. From silly dances and team ring challenges to high-energy games like “United We Stand” and “Giant Wheel,” every team jumped in with full effort.

It was clear to see that ON Energy’s “warriors” are passionate and full of energy in everything they do. Even with tough challenges, they pushed through and succeeded. Every task in the team-building program was conquered brilliantly.
