VINFAST AND ON ENERGY COLLABORATE TO PROMOTE THE USE OF ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS FOR ROOFTOP SOLAR POWER

Ho Chi Minh City, May 6, 2024 – VinFast Company and ON Energy Green Energy Joint Stock Company, a member of KTG Group, announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement to promote the application of energy storage systems (ESS) for rooftop solar power systems in Vietnam.

Under the cooperation agreement, ON Energy will become the official distributor of VinFast’s ESS products under the VinFast Energy brand. This product line is researched, developed, and manufactured by VinES Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company (now merged into VinFast), aiming to provide customers with a breakthrough energy storage solution using lithium-ion batteries, meeting international standards such as UL and IEC for safety and high quality.

In parallel with product distribution, ON Energy will also provide and implement integrated solutions of VinFast Energy ESS for rooftop solar power systems for industrial parks, office buildings, and residential homes nationwide. This integrated solution will help optimize energy efficiency for rooftop solar power systems, avoid wasting surplus electricity during the day, and ensure a stable power supply at night or during power outages.

     The solution provided by ON Energy and VinFast not only contributes to promoting the use of renewable energy towards sustainable development goals but is also highly appreciated for its quality, stability, meeting high industrial standards, and reasonable cost.
