JOIN WITH ON ENERGY AT THE KTG 30TH ANNIVERSARY – CREATING VALUE EVENT.

On June 14th, KTG Group held a grand 30th-anniversary celebration combined with a team-building event in Can Tho, themed “KTG 30 Years of Creating Value.” The event gathered a large number of “talents” from member companies, creating an explosive day filled with bonding moments and unforgettable memories.

Nurturing the KTG Family Spirit

KTG Group has always considered its employees as part of a large family, and this event was organized to commemorate the 30-year journey of creating value for customers.

KTG members from all over the country immersed themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Can Tho, participating in exciting recreational and competitive activities. In particular, the enthusiastic and wholehearted participation of ON Energy members contributed to the resounding success of the event.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan Khanh, General Director of ON Energy Green Energy JSC, representing the member companies of KTG Group, opened the program by highlighting the 10 core values that the company has built and delivered to customers over the past 30 years. These values include: Dedication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Credibility, Intelligence, Aspiration, Integrity, Commitment, Efficiency, and Service. They serve as the guiding principles for the organization’s development and strength. These 10 core values were also the names of the participating teams.

The journey was made spectacular with exciting challenges. The event was organized with many attractive and exciting activities, creating opportunities for members to interact, bond, and face unique challenges.

The team activities and games brought joy to everyone, allowing them to forget about work and focus on playing enthusiastically and wholeheartedly to overcome all challenges and move forward together.

Meaningful and Grand Closing Ceremony

    Regardless of the results of the team games, all members were able to relieve stress after a period of intense work. After capturing memorable moments with teammates in photos, everyone joined together for an unforgettable closing ceremony of KTG Group to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Gala Dinner – A Night of Explosive KTG Spirit

After hours of fun and games, KTG members gathered for a warm Gala Dinner. This was a time to reminisce about the group’s proud 30-year journey, as well as a stage for explosive musical performances and impressive shows.

The spirit of solidarity and “togetherness” of ON Energy and KTG members was clearly demonstrated during the gala night. Although many were unfamiliar with each other, everyone immersed themselves in the joyful atmosphere, singing, dancing, and creating beautiful memories together.
