4MWp SOLAR POWER PROJECT LAUNCHED AT BOUSTEAD PROJECTS FACTORY – DONG NAI

At 10 AM this morning, October 14th, 2020, ON Energy Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to kick off a 4MWp rooftop solar power project at the Boustead Projects factory. The factory is located in Nhon Trach II Industrial Park, Dong Nai province.

The rooftop solar power project at Boustead Projects is invested by KTG Group with over 60 billion VND. ON Energy was chosen as the main contractor for the project, which is expected to be finished by the end of 2020. It’s estimated that the project will generate about 6 million kWh of electricity each year and reduce CO2 emissions by 128,000 tons per year.

With energy being in short supply these days, this 4MWp rooftop solar power system, once it’s up and running and connected to the national power grid, will create a stable source of electricity for businesses and contribute to the country’s economic growth.

In addition, this project will help Dong Nai province achieve its development goals of becoming a leading socio-economic center with modern industry. This, in turn, will help improve people’s lives, stabilize social welfare, and protect the environment.
